Shera has been on island over 20 years, teaching movement to all ages since college, focusing in on yoga the past 8 years. She adapts her teaching to a wide variety of ages and skill levels.
A yoga student for fifteen years Patricia recently added instructor RYT to her repertoire. Her teachings include
